Harpreet was largely satisfactory and coped with the tasks to be done , including demonstrating flexibility. She is very pleasant . the problem is not with her . rather its with my having to spend considerable time to explain the tasks required to a new cleaner each time, and the time that takes for me . our house is complex , has timber stairs that are included in the floors to be done, down and upstairs . I was not too sure whether harpreet had understood what I had requested,
