Great clean and service. Lovely as always. An accident did happen and a personal family item (snow globe) got smashed as well as the mop - just her hard work for a thorough clean. I don’t want her paid any less as it was an accident but can the insurance cover this? Or future discount be applied? The snow globe was a precious gift from my dad, although it is worth more than money I would want to look into getting a new one (it was roughly £25 from London so around $50)

No, our service is a regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning service. If your circumstances change, just let us know 48 hours before your next clean and we'll cancel one or all future bookings.

Do you do Airbnb or end-of-lease cleans?
Currently, we only offer weekly or fortnightly regular cleans. We can do once-off cleans but they are only available for our regular customers.
