2x FortnightlyMay arrived 15 mins late but she stayed on beyond the allocated time to finish the clean. She was friendly and did a good job, particularly given we haven't had the house professionally cleaned for some time, and managed well with our poor quality vacuum cleaner (which we have now replaced!). The bathrooms weren't thoroughly cleaned but I think this was a function of time.
