We LOVE Kelly and her work, so this is not a criticism merely some feedback. Both times she has cleaned for us she has not cleaned the inside of the toilet bowl in its entirety. The first time we thought it was an oversight, but then it happened again yesterday. Maybe some further training in this area is required? The rest of house is spotless and we welcome her back anytime.
