Ana was one of the most comprehensive cleaners we have had.

Overall it Ana was great, thank you for the effort. However, I rather think this is a problem with TidyMe as it didn't seem adequate training or any training was given at all, there was so much cleaning product left on my floor that it was slippery when wet, I had to mop the floor 3 times and it was still bubbly, so was the bath tub. Had to redo the bathroom and the kitchen as I was worried that it would be a healthy hazard. Bed linen wasn't changed, it was just put on top of the original. Ana also started washing my dishes with hand soap until I reminded her that wasnt the detergent.

Too much bleach

Ana was great! Very friendly and accommodating. She was very through and did a good job. We would be happy to have Ana again and recommend her.

Crew arrived late, making my partner late for work. Did not hoover under the table-leaving two cockroaches in plain sight. Otherwise a very good job!
